Flowrette Wholesale General Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively to current and future commercial relations between Flowrette Wholesale and the customer. They prevail over any other stipulation emanating from customers or Flowrette Wholesale, unless formally and expressly waived by us.

Article 2: Price
Prices are in euros and displayed excluding tax, customs fees and formalities if necessary, and excluding delivery and return costs which are invoiced in addition. VAT is invoiced at the legal rate in force. Flowrette Wholesale reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Article 3: Product
The photos of the items on the site are not contractual. In the event of a stock shortage, Flowrette Wholesale reserves the right to exchange the missing varieties for similar varieties without altering the quality of the compositions.

Article 4: Payment
The price is due upon ordering. Payments can be made by debit card, check, bank transfer, or via a secure payment module. In the event of late payment, late payment penalties will be applied.

Article 5: Creation and Delivery Time
Our creation and delivery times are expressed in working days. Flowrette Wholesale reserves the right to choose the carrier and delivery method adapted to each order.

Article 6: Complaints and Returns
Any complaints related to the quality of the products must be notified within 2 days of receipt of the goods. Returns of goods must be made with our agreement.

Article 7: Reservation of Title
Flowrette Wholesale retains ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the price.

Article 8: Dispute
In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction. This choice applies even in the event of summary proceedings, incidental claims or multiple defendants.

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code, our company has set up a consumer mediation system. The mediation entity selected is: SAS CNPM - MÉDIATION - CONSOMMATION. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may file their complaint on the site:

Article 9: Force Majeure
Flowrette Wholesale cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, defined as any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event.

Article 10: Modification of the General Conditions
Flowrette Wholesale reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions at any time.

Article 11: Other Provisions
This includes provisions on account creation, use of cookies, and newsletter subscription.
